Dongguan Haihong Crafts Co., Ltd. is a company that combines industry and trade, located in Dongguan City. The company has two major manufacturing centers, one covering an area of 7,000 square meters in Dongguan and the other covering an area of 8,000 square meters in Jiangxi. At present, Haihong has over 260 skilled workers in its workforce.
We have specialized in craft leather boxes, rigid paper boxes, and wooden boxes covering world-wide luxury wine packaging, cosmetics, jewellery & watch, fashion & accessory, consumer electronics, and luxury gifts since 2009. With strong in-house R&D for tailor-made solutions for high-quality packaging and all-in-one production plant, we are becoming a reliable partner dedicated to achieving the HIGHEST STANDARDS of quality and a leading provider of packaging solutions, innovation research and development, and production for different brands.
Our Story
Haihong Company was founded in 2009 and named Shenzhen Haihong. It is located in Shenzhen.
Dongguan Haihong Craft Products Co., Ltd. was established in 2018 after moving from Shenzhen to Dongguan. In 2019, Jiangxi Haihong Craft Products Co., Ltd. was established.
Quality label- internal tests
We have set up our own labratory, all hardware must pass 24 hours of salt spray test. Incoming bulk materials must perform moisture level test, and all textiles must pass the color fastmess test befor the start of production. Additionally, all finished products must perform the aging test. All cartons must pass the blasting test and simulated transportation test, and all barcodes should pass the scan test.
100% check for logos, all production lines have unified work instruction, professional IPQC check, finished product dehumidification, a full check, and sampling inspection product.
Quality label – Precautionary measures
All the goods will be packed after passing the UV light to prevent mold growth.
•UVC can prevent mold growth and eliminate viable mold spores.
•Reduce the humidity, and take away the nutrients.
Audit & Certification
We have different audit reports for Sedex, ISO, FSC, and LVMH. We also use recycled materials, which we could provide the GRS certificate.
